S&Z Group - Newly Owned, joint venture of 8 textile companies making it's mark within very short span of time by providing vast range of Quality Products. Having unique concept and way of working, finding the best and endless possibilities to provide our customer quality and satisfaction.

WEAVING

Our Group's grey fabric production is 8 Million Meters per Month.

Weaving facilities are equipped with Power Looms, Auto Looms for simplistic weaving. And for more sophisticated weaving i.e. Twill/Drill, Jacquard we have Sulzer, Airjet looms to weave upto 800 threads qualities. We do produce fabrics in 100% Cotton, Poly/Cotton and Poly/Viscose Blend and capable to offer Grey width upto 330 CM .

BLEACHING

Bleaching is back bone of Quality. And we are capable to do from Normal Kair Bleach to Continuous Bleach depending on requirement of Quality.

FINISHING

Finishing of Fabric is key element.

Here at S&Z Group, we are specialize to do Bleach, Dyed and Print the Fabrics.

In Dyed Process - Equipped with Open Pressure Jiggers, Padders and Continuous Thermo sole unit, we capable to do Direct, Disperse, Reactive, Vat Dyes .

In Printing - We are equipped with Brand New Reggiani and Zimmer printing machines. We can print 3000 mm wide up to 15 colors and having repeats 640mm, 820mm, 914mm and 1018mm.

S&Z Group also make all types of special finish: Water Repellent, Silicon, Teflon, Crease Resistant, Fire Retardant, Soil Resistance, Anti-Stain etc. as per desire of customer.

STITCHING

Value Addition to our fabric in a innovative way, makes our customer delighted.

With high speed sewing machines, we at S&Z Group are equipped to stitch almost all kind of products made to customized specification across the world. Our products are stitched under the guidance of highly experienced, trained and skilled workers.
